At www.6thstreet.com we offer an EASY 14-DAYS RETURN OR EXCHANGE policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return most items bought from www.6thstreet.com.
Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from www.6thstreet.com you will be provided with a Credit Note of your Purchase Value if you have paid via Cash on Delivery which is redeemable only Online at www.6thstreet.com.

Kindly Note:
Credit Note will be valid for six months from the date of issue.This code can be redeemed only one time, it cannot be use partially. You can use this credit note for the purchase of same value or higher value.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
You may return merchandise to us in the following ways:
  • Most merchandise is returnable in our stores and to check which merchandise items cannot be returned in our stores please call our customer care on 800-3852633.
  • You can also visit the nearest respective Club Apparel store in United Arab Emirates, and return the merchandise in unused, saleable condition, along with the original sale invoice,
  • You may call 6thstreet.com customer support care at on 800-3852633, and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ exchange / refund may not be possible.
Note we will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at (800-3852633) or e-mail us at customercare@6thstreet.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
If you return any merchandise which is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will refund the shipping charges for that merchandise, if we are not able to replace the merchandise. The replacement merchandise will be shipped at no additional charges.
We ensure that you are fully satisfied with any merchandise you order from www.6thstreet.com, for hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of jewelry, fragrances, cosmetics, innerwear (under garments, lingerie), swimwear, gift vouchers and any made to order or altered merchandise.
Returns/Exchange through courier collection:
Exchanges through courier collection shall only be done, for merchandise with the same price as the said merchandise being returned. You may indicate clearly the replacement merchandise requested and our Customer Care Associate will confirm, if the said merchandise is available in available stock and whether the exchange can be made.
The refund against a return request made to www.6thstreet.com customer support, and collected by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original sales invoice.
After the merchandise is received by www.6thstreet.com and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the merchandise. In case of Cancellation, Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholders credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder's credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholders credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholders issuing bank.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy:
6thstreet.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the www.6thstreet.com would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering onwww.6thstreet.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
  • All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase (Product should be in its original condition)
  • If you do not have your purchase receipt, exchange will not be possible
  • Repairs of the products damaged due to wear & Tear will be entertain on management discretion Within 6 months of the purchase, Please note that the management has the right to assess the age & condition of the returned goods prior to offering a repair or exchange (Terms & Conditions Apply)
  • Disclaimer for certain item category not eligible for return due to hygiene region i.e. cosmetics/undergarments etc.
  • Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/ faulty items for identical items of equivalent value
  • For your security & personal safety, CCTV cameras are in operation in these premises.
  • The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice
  • You can return items that were originally part of the promotion but you will lose the promotional discount. For example, if the item you are returning is part of a “buy two, get one free” deal, your refund will be adjusted against the retail per-piece rate of the products you choose to keep after the return.
  • Credit/Debit card Payment: Note that your bank or card issuer can take 2-15 additional business days to process the transaction.
  • Voucher Payment: Only product exchange is possible – voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash / Gift card / voucher in part or full
  • Corporate Gift card Payment: Only product exchange is possible – card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash / Gift card / voucher in part or full
  • Any Club Apparel points collected during purchase will be reversed in case of refund
  • Products purchased outside of stores at exhibitions and sale events will neither be exchanged nor refunded.
  • Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. All returned items must have the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt
  • Undergarments, Accessories(artificial jewelers) and cosmetics once seal is opened cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons
